Film Screening and Cocktails: America Needs A Racial Facial by Jeff Adachi

KABANC, along with AACTLA, AABA, FBANC, and APABA-SV, will be co-sponsoring a film screening and cocktail reception of Jeff Adachi's new short film "America Needs A Racial Facial" on Thursday, April 7th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Variety Club Preview Room in San Francisco. 

Santa Clara County Citizenship Collaborative - Citizenship Day

The Santa Clara County Citizenship Collaborative is holding Citizenship Day to provide free citizenship application assistance to eligible lawful permanent residents with the naturalization process. 

Strengthening Your Impact - Learning to Use Body Language, Voice, and Breath

Strengthen Your Impact: Learn to Use Body Language to Your Advantage 
You’re called on to represent clients, cases, your firm and yourself. This workshop will give you insights about how body language and voice influence your delivery and impact your audience. This experiential workshop will give you the chance to learn how your body speaks (!), to hone your ability to observe subtle cues and to take steps to align verbal content and body language to your advantage. You will leave with techniques you can put to immediate use to strengthen your case.
 

AACI's LEAD Program Extending Application for Those Qualified for Scholarship

On January 20, 2016 Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI)'s Leaders for Education, Advocacy, and Democracy (LEAD) was awarded $10,000 for LEAD financial aid scholarships from the 50 Fund, the Legacy Fund of the San Francisco Bay Area Super Bowl 50 Host Committee.
